Samayam Malayalamസ്വദൂറും ഗുലാബ് ജാം തയ്യാറാക്കാം.ചേരുവകൾപാല്‍പൊടി 120 ഗ്രാം മൈദ 120 ഗ്രാംബേക്കിങ് പൗഡര്‍ 1 1/2 ടീസ്പൂണ്‍പഞ്ചസാര 60 ഗ്രാംപാല്‍ 50 മില്ലിറോസ് എസ്സന്‍സ് കുറച്ചു തുള്ളി നെയ്യ് വറുക്കുന്നതിന്വെള്ളം 50 മില്ലിപാകം ചെയ്യുന്നവിധം1.

പാല്‍പൊടി, മൈദ, ബേക്കിങ് പൗഡര്‍ , നെയ്യ്, പാല് എന്നിവചേര്‍ത്ത് മയമുള്ള ഒരു മാവ് തയ്യാറാക്കുക.2.

Ingredients Bread slice-5 Milk -5-6tbsp Ghee-1tsp Oil- Rose essence -1drop Cardamom- Sugar-1 1/2 cup Water-2 cup Lemon Juice -1tsp Method.
