Participation/ Eligibility
Age Limit: Participants must be 21 years or older to enter the contest.
Valid ID required.
Entry Process: Contestants must register at the designated check-in booth prior to the start of the contest. Registration is free, but spots may be limited.
Rules/ Regulations
Originality & Creativity:Costumes must be creative, original, and preferably handmade or heavily customized.
Store-bought costumes are allowed but may not score as highly.
Appropriateness:All costumes must be suitable for public viewing. Nudity, offensive imagery, or inappropriate themes (such as hate symbols, excessive gore, or controversial subjects) are strictly prohibited.
Props & Safety:Props are allowed but must be safe and non-threatening.
